2. Also, our Data Center is equipped with industry leading Dell and HP Server with high specification standards, Firewalls with advanced threat detection technology and industry leading Network switches and storages for our Business continuity and Backup requirements.
3. We have Implemented SAP Business ByDesign ERP. SAP ByD is a complete cloud based, fully integrated business solution for all Muna Noor key business functions including sales, finance, production, customer relationship management, supply chain, managing and controlling projects and procurement.
4. SAP ByD is using a secure platform for Customer Data interface and a secure Cloud Infrastructure.
5. All interactions from a user browser and functional tools to a SAP Business ByDesign backend occur over secure channels (TLS/SSL) complying with state-of-the-art open cryptographic standards. Even if a user initiates an unsecure request (a plain http) it is converted into an https request before redirecting to the SAP Business ByDesign backend.
6. In order to ensure identity federation SAML-based authentication tokens are in place in SAP Business ByDesign and it is integrated with our G-Suite platform.
7. Only authenticated users will have access rights (read/write) on the business data. Such a user is associated with well-defined UI components (called work center views) which only show data and provide required UI buttons (edit, delete, print, report etc.) needed for their daily work.
8. The data center that store our SAP ByD is in Germany, U.S & China and is under 24 hour’s surveillance with hundreds of cameras and sensors. The centers are fire-safe, flood-safe and are isolated in computation and storage parts. Based on a biometric security system only designated individuals can access to these sensitive areas. For data backup and recovery purposes regular backups are performed over redundant hardware storage systems that are supported by multiple connections from several power companies and in-house power supply.
9. All the access to the SAP Business ByDesign is logged in a central place and stored in a separate storage. At any point in time, this log and tracing data can be retrieved for auditing and regulatory compliance purposes. Such data includes information about changed access rights, current access rights, current users and their activation/deactivation etc.
10. All our local servers taking backup on regular intervals using Acronis Image Level Recovery solution to local storage as well as cloud. Acronis backup solution are leaders in disaster recovery with universal hardware recovery feature to ensure maximum business uptime. All servers and its corresponding databases are taking backup on daily basis (weekly full and daily incremental backup).
11. Our Datacenter and branch offices are equipped with Industry Leading Firewalls along with Gateway Antivirus, Intrusion prevention, Botnet detection and Bad reputation traffic filtering features enabled, to safeguard our network resources. Also, all Firewalls can send logs to our centralized server located in our main Datacenter for reporting and monitoring purpose.
12. IT Department is closely monitoring recent threats happening all over the world and maintaining necessary precautions to safeguard our network from cyber-attacks.
13. We are providing frequent training for all our staffs about best practices to follow in order to prevent cyber-attacks through Internet and through removable medias.
14. All our locations are equipped with high speed Internet connection (Either 50 Mbps or 16 Mbps lines) and all our branches are interconnected using Branch office VPN connectivity.

We are having our Head office located at Russayl Industrial Estate and Eight branch offices (includes factories, Showrooms, Warehouses & Offices) located in different parts of Sultanate of Oman and one overseas office located in Dubai with around 200 internal users connected to our centralized Datacenter located in Russayl.
16. Currently we are on the process of upgrading our legacy telephone system to high technology IP based telephones for better communication and customer call handling. Out of nine we succeeded in upgrading our four locations and remaining are in our pipeline.
17. All our showroom locations are equipped with high speed internet access for Guests / Customers managed by Wi-Fi controller technology with customized Guest authentication portal.
18. Our Domain emails are hosted with Google and 2-Step verifications enabled for secure access. Google provides best in market technology for anti-spamming and spoofing.
19. All our Servers, Laptops, Desktop PCs and workstations are secured using hybrid cloud (On-premise & Cloud) based ESET Nod 32 antivirus with latest signatures installed on frequent intervals. And scheduled daily to run system scan for threat detection.
